Tickets are selling fast for the Old Westcliffian Association’s Centenary Celebration on Saturday 12 September 2026.

We warmly invite past and present pupils, staff, families, and friends to join us as we celebrate 100 years of the Old Westcliffian community.

This promises to be a memorable occasion, bringing together generations of Westcliffians to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the school’s remarkable history and legacy.

As part of the celebrations, we’ll be reflecting on the proud tradition of the Westcliff Combined Cadet Force and the many opportunities it has provided for pupils over the decades. From leadership training and fieldcraft exercises to camps, expeditions, and ceremonial events, the CCF has played an important role in developing confidence, resilience, and teamwork in generations of cadets.

Our latest “Then & Now” video looks back at the history of the Combined Cadet Force at Westcliff, showcasing photographs and memories from past and present. The video highlights the experiences that have challenged pupils to step outside their comfort zones, develop valuable life skills, and forge lasting friendships.

Whether participating in annual camps, adventure training, leadership courses, marksmanship competitions, or community events, cadets have consistently embodied the values of commitment, discipline, and service that remain at the heart of the CCF experience today.
